Our Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products for normal, non-commercial use for the first 90 days after purchase. If you believe that your Cushy Tushy is defective please contact us by email for return shipping instructions. We will replace the product as soon as possible. If the same product is no longer available we will give you the option of selecting an alternative Cushy Tushy or receiving a refund.
Shipping
The Cushy Tushy Co. is currently shipping orders only to addresses in the US and Canada. We ship orders up to 10 pieces using USPS First Class service. Orders for 10 or more pieces may ship via Parcel Post. All orders ship from San Jose, CA. We try to ship every day but occasionally there could be a short delay. We will contact you by email if there will be a delay of longer than one week in processing your order.
Returns
Unopened and unused product can be returned for any reason for a full refund of the price you paid for Cushy Tushy within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot return the cost of shipping. To return your product please send us an email and we will write back with complete shipping instructions.
Wholesale
